Surcharge leaves a longtime customer with a very bad feeling of being taken advantage of. I realize the uniqueness of the times but why did I pay taxes on a surcharge? Getting only one key came as a sh feeling of being taken advantage of. I realize the uniqueness of the times but why did I pay taxes on a surcharge? Getting only one key came as a shock. Have learned by researching that I should not expect one on a Sienna until February. Makes me skittish about going out of town which is why I want and have bought many vans. Beautiful vehicle.
