Napleton CDJR has one of the most welcoming and informative staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They do not pressure you into sales or anything while looking at cars and their service de informative staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting. Just like any one else walking into a dealership, you have yo When walking in the door, I was approached by a salesman by the name of Rick Neighbours. Just like any one else walking into a dealership, you have your guard up and don’t trust the swindling of a salesman. That’s not the case here, Right off Rick is a straight forward guy and is all about the client. I can’t think of anyone that likes to sit down and go through the long process of buying a new vehicle, but with Rick, it was pleasant, smooth experience. I couldn’t ask for better service. Rick is the BEST Sales Person you have on Staff. I leased my 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee because of Rick. He knew exactly what I was looking for after just a few minutes of explanation!
