Just bad... They will sneak charges onto your leasing agreement that you are not even aware of. They will spike the "Rent Charge" to a high amount so that they and the bank could make even more profit on what they are already making. When trying to purchase a vehicle when the lease expires, people like Tony will tell you to bring in $2,000 for a down payment (yes a down payment when purchasing a leased vehicle, who does that?) without ever discussing the terms of the potential agreement. No one wants to help you, especially after they made their money on you. They won't return voice message, text messages, emails, or even letters. Stay far away from this dealership! The reviews praising them aren't accurate, trust me, I know..... More

I actually enjoy the car buying process here! I have been a customer at this dealership, having my cars serviced here since the 90's. I have bought and leased cars for myself and my wife for many I have been a customer at this dealership, having my cars serviced here since the 90's. I have bought and leased cars for myself and my wife for many years. The prices are always better than other dealerships, the showroom and lots are always full of many cars to look at and the new service center is a great update over the old one. I have always been pampered in the service center by the staff including Prue, Erin and John Monka. The finance team is very laid back and easy to finalize purchases with but my favorite thing about the dealership is my sales rep, Joe Alfano. We have developed a personal friendship and he has always gone above and beyond to find ways to make any crazy requests possible. He's no pressure, easy to deal with and genuine. Joe's boss Rick Vralblik has also proven to be helpful and flexible to make deals work. More

Buyer beware false advertisements My review for this dealership was excellent through my lease until today. My lease is 4 months from expiring and I went in to see what they could do f My review for this dealership was excellent through my lease until today. My lease is 4 months from expiring and I went in to see what they could do for me as far as finance or lease again. Unfortunately we could not come to terms and it was ok this is not the problem. The problem happen Jan 2nd 2017. I get a call as a follow up to see what they can do for me. Well I told them what car I wanted which was a pre owned car. They gave me a figure that was affordable and a great buy so I told them I would come down now. After hanging up I called right back well because the deal almost seemed to good to be true. They confirmed that they can infact promise me this deal. I drove 35 miles to the dealership with my downpaymwnt in cash. I am at the dealership for 4 hours just to be told that I was lying and that there is no way they can work it out with me. Turns out the person that called me never documented anything about our convo. Seems they maybe starting to lie to get buyers in the store so be careful please. Always ask to look at the term and finance rate. Do the math guys before you sign. What bothered me most was the lie just to get me in the dealership. Also they knew I'm over my lease miles which they did try to use as pressure to just agree to their deal. Thank you More

Great client service for good and bad times After contacting many dealerships I can surely have capacity to provide a fair review of the services provided by this dealership. Let me start with t After contacting many dealerships I can surely have capacity to provide a fair review of the services provided by this dealership. Let me start with the contact, I spoke with Al, very profession and sincerely keen to have me as a client, I felt that I was cared for at this first instance. In less than 30 minutes he managed to get a deal that I was looking for. On the same day they arranged for someone to pick me up and take me to the dealership to see the car and discuss the details. This person was Joe, great guy also keen to make sure everything is taken care of, mostly important he made the whole process to feel painless and quick. For documentation I spoke with Tom (pls don't be scared of the number of people I dealt with, trust me they are very well coordinated and things do progress quickly!), true gentlemen and gave me the details to finalize the deal. Managed to lease the car in less than 3 hours. Took the car home and noticed that there was something wrong with it... a brand new car... well it can happen and here comes the truth on how this dealership helps and support their clients. Joe introduce me to Roland on the servicing dept, he was very diligent and keen to help to find a way to sort out the issue with the car, unfortunately it was more complicated than we imagined. Roland wasted not time in making sure that I could have another car until they did further investigation. I was getting concerned but they were doing their best to support. Even the Sales Manager - Rick got involved to assist with the resolution. They all work as a team to get the issue sorted, therefore here is my thanks to Joe, Al, Tom, Roland and Rick. More
