Shout out to Andrew Myers, Chris Garner, & Rick Wick! They all played a special part. Andrew showed me the vehicle in March, test drove it with me and was an all around awesome guy. Chris sold me the car middle May. He had so much patience, as I had my 2 young children along side me, and we all know the lengthy process it is to purchase a vehicle. Rick will greet you with the biggest hug and act like he's known you for years. Has always made me feel welcome and like part of the family! More

This was my best car purchase experience ever! I’ve purchased another brand exclusively for years, actually my whole life. This was my first foray into another brand. My son in law has and loves I’ve purchased another brand exclusively for years, actually my whole life. This was my first foray into another brand. My son in law has and loves the same model I purchased, the CX5. I liked it, so my next step was to pick a dealership. Classic Mazda of Denton had the highest online customer ratings of a Mazda store in my area. Next I called and visited with a salesman, Daniel Gamino. He answered my numerous questions by phone. He was warm, courteous, knowledgeable, and if I asked a question he didn’t immediately know the answer to, he quickly got an answer for me. He was so helpful and patient with my questions, that I decided to come in for a test drive in very cold, rainy weather. After a warm welcome by Daniel and Sales Manager, Ryan Rector, we were on our way. Daniel walked me around the vehicle showing me the features, then he explained everything inside the vehicle. The ride was obviously great, but I quickly gained confidence as Daniel explained various features for me to test on our drive. Back at the dealership, Ryan dropped by to make sure we were doing ok, see if I needed anything, and then Daniel and I negotiated our deal. Again, Daniel and his teammates were low pressure, kind, helpful. I was even impressed by the gentleman in Parts that sold us some items to add to the deal (all weather mats, cargo area tray, cargo net, bumper guard so I won’t scuff up the bumper as I load and unload, and the gorgeous sliding cargo area cover.). I picked up my new car tonight. Consistent with my positive phone experience and shopping and deal negotiation experience, there were Daniel and Ryan at the door to greet and welcome me. I whole heartedly recommend Daniel Gamino and Ryan Rector if you are interested in a Mazda. Car buying is a very vulnerable process. It helps to be working with folks you trust. Thank you, gentlemen, for a warm and seamless transaction. I could not be happier. More

Good people, good product! My wife and I had been test driving various small SUV's to find one we liked.  We drove the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CRV. We liked the Honda best but the seats were hard and my wife was very uncomfortable after only a few minutes. That was a deal breaker.  We were looking for a vehicle which was comfortable, easy to drive and quiet. Our next stop was the Mazda dealership in Denton. I had contacted them through Car Pro where you get a VIP certificate and the promise of the best deal available. I was contacted by Andrew Myers, a new car sales specialist,  and we set up the test drive. We were greeted at the dealership by Andrew and Rick Wick, the general manager. We knew we wanted to test drive the CX-5 mid-range Touring model and picked the color we liked (deep crystal blue mica). We were impressed immediately by the quietness of the ride, both road and wind noise seemed much less than the other vehicles we had driven. The CX-5 doesn't have the cargo area of the others but for the 2 of us it is just fine. All the personnel at the dealership were friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew was exceptional in his care for us and went over every detail of the sale and the vehicle.. With all the new electronics we were happy he went through each item in the car setting up phones, radio stations, adaptive cruise control, etc. We did get the 72 month/100,000 mile extended warrantee since we will be driving more than the 36,000 mile/3 year standard warrantee. I think we got a good deal going through Car Pro too. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

They have a great selection of vehicles, but they have an even better selection when it comes to the staff at Classic. They've built a great team and are very detail oriented, all focused at providing great customer service. This includes the general manager, sales, finance, parts and service departments. We're customers for life and even though our oldest Mazda is 9 years young, we still go to Classic for all of our service needs. Check out their quick service lanes for light maintenance. A real time saver. More

You'll want to do business with these folks. They are the best. More
