I went in to purchase a used 2022 Ford Explorer for my wife. We traded in our 2018 GMC Yukon with 107,000 miles on it. Presteen condition! Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman wife. We traded in our 2018 GMC Yukon with 107,000 miles on it. Presteen condition! Armando the sales manager who I worked with and Sam the salesman told me after running a Carfax report that the Yukon was rear ended twice, which is xx and I was offered $14,000 for it. They said that with me being the 3rd owner that they couldn’t sell the vehicle on their lot. Well guess what? They have it on there lot and they are selling it for $24,000. I was lied to and after reading other reviews, which I should have done before hand. I would have never ever bought a car from this dealership or any other dealerships that they own. I came in for routine service. and they promised to have my vehicle back to me that day. At 4:30 p.m. I called them (they never called me) to find out my vehicle needed to stay over and they promised to have my vehicle back to me that day. At 4:30 p.m. I called them (they never called me) to find out my vehicle needed to stay overnight because they didn't have break pads in stock. I find it hard to believe they didn't have brake pads in stock, it's kind of like not having oil in stock, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. The next day I waited until 3:00 before I called them to find out my vehicle is ready and they never bother to call me. Then I got the $1,300 bill for a routine service and brakes, seems really pricey to me. More
