Always a Great Experience I always have a great experience when I have to bring my car into Dorsch. Rob is the employee point person for me and is always so friendly and helpfu I always have a great experience when I have to bring my car into Dorsch. I have had numerous visits the last few months to the dealership because of my car and Rob was always extremely helpful in finding out what was going on and helping me to understand everything. Warranty item The problem was originally discovered while my car was in for oil/lube & tire rotation at the Lineville location. The service employees promised a one The problem was originally discovered while my car was in for oil/lube & tire rotation at the Lineville location. The service employees promised a one hour fix. The only problem was that I had to go to the dealership to get the warranty item fixed. The car was done in 59 minutes. Very personable employees that care about the customer. More
