He was very responsive to my husband's initial email inquiry, arranged a test drive, and we were driving away in our new car all within a week. He didn't try to push any upgrades or accessories. He even matched a lower quote my husband got from another dealership. Before we took our car home, he showed us some of the new features and helped set up the Bluetooth. All in all, it was a very low-stress car buying experience. More

I wanted a change from the car i was driving and that's exactly what I told Hiep, and I did have a look at their inventory before i went there, so I kinda knew what i wanted. Hiep provided me with a lot of information regarding the car i was interested in and in no time I was set for the test drive. Before i knew it i was signing the car purchase agreement. All this happened in a span of two hours. Hiep was never pushy and gave me enough information and time that I needed to make a conscious decision. Rob from the finance team was also very helpful and informative regarding the kind of warranty I should have on the car. More

Best First Car Experience I was a NYC transplant looking for my first car and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had heard horror stories about the stressful neg I was a NYC transplant looking for my first car and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had heard horror stories about the stressful negotiations and aggressive sales people, but with Hiep Luong and Scott Honda there was none of that. I spoke with Hiep over the phone in the morning, told him what car I was looking for and he had it waiting for me when I arrived later that evening. The process was smooth, the environment was professional and team was patient with all of my questions. First understand that I REALLY dont care for car dealerships. Goes back to the assumption that all car dealers are slimey sales people who try their hardest to get as much money out of you and sell you things you really dont need. This was actually my best car buying experience ever and I will definitely check back with them first for my next car that I purchase. I was looking for a used crv exl, I knew I didnt want to spend more than $20k, the year I was hoping for and the colors I knew I didnt want. I wasnt interested in financing, warranty or protection for the car. Hiep the sales person we dealt with was fantastic!!! he listened, had respect for our choices and guided us with the options. We even had a question about a noise we were hearing while driving the car so he brought out a service manager to explain the questions we had about the warranty that comes with it and the noise. But it didnt stop when he handed me the keys. He walked out to the car and set up my phones bluetooth for me so I could use the car to make calls (totally not a techy person and would probably not have taken the time to do this myself). He went thru all the bells and whistles and made sure that we didnt have any more questions. Fabulous Experience!!! More
