Very professional and thoughtful I was very pleased with Roswell Infiniti. They were professional, courteous and customer oriented. I have always had an excellent experience at their dealership and I have purchased tow new cars, one used and now leased the current vehicle. Even though I have moved to Greenville, SC I was willing to come back. I was so happy I did because initially I went to the local Infiniti dealership in Greenville, SC, Bradshaw Infiniti and the finance manager was arrogant, rude and dishonest. I would never recommend Bradshaw but I would definitely recommend Roswell Infiniti!! More

Waste of time Texted my sales rep (with pics) to get advice on an aesthetic concern I had with my new car -said he didn’t know and told me to call service. I spoke to services and they said it could be fixed and that I should “bring it in”. Upon brining it in (a 45 min trip), I was promptly told it was “normal” and that nothing could be done. What a waste of time and money. In this day and age, one should be able to resolve simple car questions without having to “bring it down”. More
