Came In looking for a new C8 corvette and was immediately blown away by the best salesmen I’ve ever met! Morgen Johannessen! After discussing the new C8 lineup and my budget, Morgen landed me on a 2014 Buic blown away by the best salesmen I’ve ever met! Morgen Johannessen! After discussing the new C8 lineup and my budget, Morgen landed me on a 2014 Buick Encore At zero down for only $885 a month for 84 months! And I mean too tell you that when he broke down my insurance and gas mileage savings and resale value I was immediately sold ! While I was waiting on finance he even had them put special coded stickers on my windows to prevent theft and included it for the same payment! Couldn’t be happier with NW Chevy for employing such a gentlemen. Will be sending many referrals! Thanks Morgen!!! More

My experience started out great , took a turn for the worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. The vehicle I purchased has ongoing problems and that’s frustrating (especially for The price) but I worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. It’s easy to forget that these are big (sometimes once in a lifetime) purchasers for the customer. My hope is that my experience will be case study for how not to sell a car. More

Came in to take a look at the stock of newer trucks that they had on their lot, wasn't planning on purchasing anything at the time, but when I encountered Morgen, he was super informative about the trucks h they had on their lot, wasn't planning on purchasing anything at the time, but when I encountered Morgen, he was super informative about the trucks he was showing me, and I felt like he knew his product very well. He found me the perfect truck, with several rebates through GM, and I couldn't pass up the deal. Finance manager was very friendly, and wasn't pushy. Keep this young man around! Service department should be more proactive at informing a client status updates an a part when the vehicle is down and waiting for a year. Regular communication would have put me at ease and insure I wasn’t forgotten about. Even if there was no updates, a phone call or text initiated by your team (instead of by me) every couple of weeks would have gone a long way. More
