The WORST Dealership I’ve ever worked with in over 20 years of purchasing vehicles. For a business that states, “We’re under new management and happy to serve you” their management isn’t very profession years of purchasing vehicles. I had the car towed in for engine issues and was promised the vehicle would be seen first thing the next morning as it was near the end of the day when the vehicle arrived. I was from out of town and was informed they would prioritize my vehicle to help my family and I get back on the road. At 0900 hours, I was told the car was next in line. At 1100, I was still next in line. At 1300 hours, still next in line. At 1600 hours, I was informed by Luciano Nunez my vehicle wouldn’t be looked at that day causing my family and I to lose a day of travel and incur additional hotel costs. The following day I received a quote for service repairs and when I asked Edwin and Luciano for a detail itemized breakdown of the parts, labor, etc. they said they don’t provide that and were expecting me to approve the cost for an engine repair. Sales Dept. I reached out to the sales dept and spoke with Gil Barios. He made an offer of $500, which I accepted, for the sale of the vehicle and said his finance group would reach out a few days later. After that he became difficult to get in contact with. I requested to speak with the GSM and was directed to Manuel Rios. I spoke with him about the agreement of the sale of the car and he wouldn’t honor the agreement made my Gil. Over the course of the next few days, I was hung up on several times, would not have texts, emails or phone calls returned. I requested to speak with the GM and 3 business days later I received an email from him. I asked to set up a phone call to speak with him and he wouldn’t take my calls or set one up.
