My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about GMC products, and the Finance department did an exceptional job getting me in and out quickly. I usually don’t purchase add-ons, but this time I did because they respected my time, only offered what I wanted, and handled everything efficiently. I loved it. A few days later, I returned for service. Even though they were busy, they still took the time to help me, resolved my issue quickly, and did it all with professionalism and a smile. Trust Rob Upchruch, sales manager at Henry Brown Buick. I had a service bill for $201 that I was expecting to pay $151.87 for. I wanted my A/C charged. The service department charged for the regular A/C I had a service bill for $201 that I was expecting to pay $151.87 for. I wanted my A/C charged. The service department charged for the regular A/C service on my 2014 Buick Enclave, but all I wanted was the freon put in. I talked to Rob and he understood my concern. He not only lowered my bill to what I expected to pay, the $151.87, but adjusted it due to my old age I think, I'm 77. My new bill was $139.83. Thank you very much Rob Upchurch, you are a great guy. For us living on our social security income, every dollar counts. Thank you Rob. More
