My Review of Team Hyundai:
We first met Robbie Anderson about 18 months ago when we went into the dealership to take a look at a Hyundai, a car we had had heard positive comments about and had spent some time researching. We had an older Honda Accord at the time and were planning to replace it in the next year or two. Robbie impressed us with his knowledge and his low-key approach. We took his card and when we decided to replace the Accord several weeks ago, we contacted him and went in again to look at new model Hyundai Sonatas. We also decided to look at Toyota Camrys, which we also liked, to make a comparison. We wanted a vehicle with a navigation system and heated front seats and had decided that, among the Sonatas, the Sonata Limited would probably be best suited for us.
Robbie arranged for us to test both the Sonata and Camry. Because there were no Limiteds on the lot at the time, we tested another model and Robbie said he would contact us when a Limited came in, which he expected in a few days. He contacted us several days later when a Limited came in. We tested the Limited and a Camry again and concluded that we liked the Limited more.
Throughout the entire sales process, Robbie was low-key, an approach we prefer, but informative, and listened to what we wanted rather than try to sell us something right away. He understood that we were not in a hurry and were willing to take our time before making a selection. The sales staff and other staff we met during the entire process were cordial and we left with a very positive impression of the dealership. We will have no hesitation recommending the dealership, both for the quality of the vehicles sold as well as the staff.
