the best and super coOl dealer ROB NYLUND soOn as we walk in by d doOr.. this super coOl dealer intertain us right away.. we didnt plan to buy the car yesterday but i ended up trading my hOnda soOn as we walk in by d doOr.. this super coOl dealer intertain us right away.. we didnt plan to buy the car yesterday but i ended up trading my hOnda accOrd 2011 tO a brand new CVR ex 2015.. he made us sO happy because he was very helpful,very patience and he is sO cool. nOt only as a dealer.. he is a full package:) very kind man,funny. u will nvr get bOred talking tO him wholeday.. he made sure tht u will get all d options u want, all d goOd deals u wanted specially he made sure u will walk out the door with a big smile in yOur face tOgether with a car u wanted:) i will definitely recOmend this man ROB NYLUND with u guys:) he was a herO tO us.. thank u so much :) gOdbless More

The Service Department has been outstanding. We went to the Customer Appreciation Dinner this past Wednesday that the Service Department was having. After the dinner we went onto the Sales Floor. It was a very busy night for the Sales Reps. Everyone was tied up. My wife went to the front desk to look for someone. Rob Nylund was already working with a customer. He came over and asked my wife if she was being helped. She said no and then Rob was kind enough to assist. He provided excellent customer service. Rob will be a great assist to the Honda team. He mentioned that he just started working for Honda two months ago. More

Rob N. is the Man! I needed a reliable vehicle for a good price, so my dad and I looked up used vehicles on Hackettstown Honda's website and found a few vehicles we were I needed a reliable vehicle for a good price, so my dad and I looked up used vehicles on Hackettstown Honda's website and found a few vehicles we were interested in. Upon arriving in the lot, we looked around for a minute or so until Rob came over to us and helped us find the exact cars we were looking for! He even got us quickly into them for test drives, and we found the one we wanted. Rob was kind and patient with our requests and helped us out with pricing and our trade in as much as he could. Overall great customer service. I recommend this place to the max, and especially try to find Rob N. when you go there. More

Best Sales person ever Rob N. I am what you may call "a customer from hell". I have no patience for anything having to do with buying a car, especially waiting for paperwork etc. I am what you may call "a customer from hell". I have no patience for anything having to do with buying a car, especially waiting for paperwork etc. The people at Hackettstown Honda were more then accommodating moving me along. My wife flipped and totaled her car last week, and this experience of renting car and finding replacement car was difficult on us. When I came across Rob Nylund at Hack Honda I finally felt at ease in the car buying process. I gave my requirements and he didn't mess around, took me right to car which met the price, miles, and year requirements which I asked for. Of course it started raining as we were looking for car, no worries, didn't miss a beat, got umbrella and we continued on. Hopefully they have sales person of month or something like that because it was because of Rob that I purchased a car from Hackettstown Honda. I had 3 other cars lined up at different dealers. Knew I had good deal as soon as Rob showed me "my" car. Sorry for my rotten disposition picking up car, but you handled me well. I will recommend Hackettstown to everyone I know, If you can handle a customer like me, and make me happy, you must be REALLY good. More
