After spending over 15 years in the wine industry, I decided it was time to take my sales experience to another level. Mercedes-Benz have been a passion of mine since childhood. I can remember the days cruising along with my father listening to the sounds of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in his S500, dreaming of a day that I would have one of my own. That dream is still alive today. I have garnered a reputation in my career and a straight forward, honest , and low pressure sales professional. Was Not Sure What I Wanted I was shopping on my very 1st day of my hunt for a new car. Did not know what I wanted. Robert was very patient to show me all my options on new and I was shopping on my very 1st day of my hunt for a new car. Did not know what I wanted. Robert was very patient to show me all my options on new and certified PreOwned options. After analysis on multiple cars I was able to narrow my search down to a few vehicles. Robert further narrowed down my options as we worked through the details on overall cost and options with the vehicle. I left the dealership after my very 1st visit with a purchased car. I know own, not leased my car and I'm very happy as it suites my needs perfectly. Thank you Robert for your patience and willingness to research all my options. More

Simple and Informative Process Robert was extremely thorough in answering all of our questions regarding the cars we were interested in. He pointed out all of the features and even Robert was extremely thorough in answering all of our questions regarding the cars we were interested in. He pointed out all of the features and even brought over an in-house tech to discuss even more features. My wife and I both felt at ease throughout the car buying process. There was never any push to buy. It was refreshing to hear honest answers about competitive products on the market and that certainly went a long way in our purchase of a car. Most refreshing was the fact that the "negotiation" process on the price of the car was not turned into a long drawn out game. More

Great experience I’m a first time owner of a Mercedes and I could not be more happy with my purchase.
