Our decision to go this dealership was made based not only on their inventory, but mainly on the salesman that we where in contact with. I was asking many question throughout the week prior to our visit only on their inventory, but mainly on the salesman that we where in contact with. I was asking many question throughout the week prior to our visit and Robert was very honest, accurate, informative and quick to respond each time. He would respond by e-mail and phone. I can honestly say that this was our best ever experience buying a car. Not to mention possibly the best car we have purchased. More

We were in and out of the dealership in a very reasonable amount of time even though they were quite busy. Bob helped us to get exactly the car we were looking for and went through every available option to amount of time even though they were quite busy. I'm not sure if I represent a typical prospective MINI client or not, but one thing I know with certainty, is that I desperately wanted to own a MINI for far too long. I began my search in earnest a few m client or not, but one thing I know with certainty, is that I desperately wanted to own a MINI for far too long. I began my search in earnest a few months before I finally arrived at Prestige. I looked on line, I shopped cars.com, trolled ebay motors, and still couldn't find my MINI. Finally, when I couldn't stand it any longer, I called Prestige MINI and that call sealed my driving destiny. My MINI liaison, Robert"Bob" Filenbaum, possessed all the right elements of a decent, organized and likeable guy. He was a MINI owner himself, a low key and efficient listener, and a knowledgeable salesman who helped me navigate the design and ordering process. It was a low (or no) pressure experience. I left without a MINI that day, but ordered one a few days later via email. My Cooper S recently arrived, and Angela Becerra, the finance manager promised a painless financial transaction and she spoke the truth. The interest rate was terrific and I left the dealership with a car that is almost embarassingly fun... Prestige MINI offered the right fit with a knowledgeable salesperson whom I could trust, a dealership ethos which guaranteed great service and a finance manager who delivered great financing with competitive rate. The MINI of course, speaks for itself. More

I purchased a all 4 from Prestige Mini. My advisor Bob Filenbaum was more then perfect., from ordering the car correctly to car updates to delivery. He alway made me feel like I was his only client. Best experience dealing with a car salesman ever! He really looked out for our best interest especially when someone else just returned from test driving the car we just put a deposit on. Bob did a great job of walking me through the process from the minute I walked in the door. Unlike previous dealers I had visited, he immediately went to work in order to ensure that my needs were met by from the minute I walked in the door. Unlike previous dealers I had visited, he immediately went to work in order to ensure that my needs were met by the cars in the lot. Before and after purchase, he also went to great lengths to make sure that I was comfortable driving the vehicle and operating the controls. Additionally, during the search process Bob went through all of the financial possibilities that would help to bring the monthly payments within my price range without making me feel uncomfortable or like I was being pushed at any point. All in all my experience here was pleasant and I look forward to returning in several years time to purchase my next MINI! More

I had been contemplating purchasing a Mini for a few months. I showed up at Prestige looking to test drive the new Countryman All4 and with little delay I was out on the road. After which, I decided if all was right I wanted to purchase a vehicle. I did my own research and wanted to be sold. I also decided I wanted to build-my-own. Motoring Advisor Robert Filenbaum, Sales Manager Brian Blum and the rest of the staff all worked together to make it happen. During production and up until delivery everyone at Prestige had gone out of their way to assist me and answer all my questions. Even now after the sale I feel confident that if need be I can contact their knowledgeable and courteous staff at any time. I also have full intentions in having them service my vehicle. If you’re in the market for a Mini I highly recommend contacting Prestige. More
