Great experience overall, easy to get our questions answered, everyone we worked with was professional and friendly, seemed to be very knowledgeable too. The only issue we had was that originally we had our trade in (2016 Mazda) appraised at $14,000 but when we came back to the dealership no one could find that info/record. We ended up getting $13,000 for it which we were happy with, but still, would have been nice to get the original amount. More

Great sales staff, all very friendly. Vehicle was on lot with airbag issue, which would have been overlooked had I not brought it into being part of the deal - this is the only reason for the 4-star rating with airbag issue, which would have been overlooked had I not brought it into being part of the deal - this is the only reason for the 4-star rating as I’m not sure why a vehicle with a safety issue was available on the lot. Timeline for fix took longer than expected, but was completed on their dime. Service section was friendly, but must have been busy as it was difficult to reach them at times, but they stepped up and got everything taken care of in a friendly manner. A good experience overall. More

I went here to test drive a Mazda CX-5 as the reviews for it are stellar and while I was on my test drive I had them appraise my car. When I returned I informed Robert Gentry that I would like to see what they could do. The first offer was a little shy of what I had hoped so Robert went to bat for me and we finally came to an agreement. I picked up my new Mazda CX-5 signature edition in soul red crystal on Saturday April 10 and I am super pleased with the car and the dealership.
