Rather adversarial from the get-go, knew less about their production schedules and pricing vs 2023 than I did from prior research with other dealers. Thanked them for their clear communications about what they thought was true and put this local dealership out of my mind for future shopping. More

Just a good experience I saw the car of my dreams on a Saturday night in the lot of Joe Heidt. First thing Monday morning I called and asked to speak with a sales person... I saw the car of my dreams on a Saturday night in the lot of Joe Heidt. First thing Monday morning I called and asked to speak with a sales person...I was connected with Juan and two hours later the car was mine. Juan was as professional as one could ask for. Courteous, knowledgeable and real....I enjoyed buying a car from him very much......................Then Robert worked his magic on my trade in and I walked away from Joe Heidt a very happy customer. (and Robert was the reason I was there in the first place). I had stopped in one night at closing time and Robert greeted me and just seemed like the kind of guy I could trust, so when the time came to be a serious buyer I sought out his dealership as opposed to the 10 other VW I could have gone too. Both men made my experience a very nice one indeed. More
