Purchasing the car was amazing. Our salesman did everything g he could to get us in our dream car. We purchased on a Sunday, and because of that the detail shop was not open. We mad Our salesman did everything g he could to get us in our dream car. We purchased on a Sunday, and because of that the detail shop was not open. We made plans with him that day to bring the car back the next Friday and leave it for the weekend to have it detailed. Fast forward to the next weekend, we dropped the car off on Friday and told them we would be back on Sunday to pick it up. We got there around 12:30 or 1 on Sunday, and my car had not been detailed. It was there for 48 hours, and they weren’t able to detail it. When we got there, they knew I was mad. So they said “we can have it done in 20-30 mins. First off, it was Sunday. How could they get it done that day but not the past Sunday? Second, it’s an expedition max. How in the world can they detail that and do it GOOD in 20-30 mins? Third, we used out gas to drive from Valdosta to Lake City, also having to use gas in my dads truck so that I could be followed to drop off the Max and then be taken back to get it. I’m not using my gas to go down there again for a 20 min detail, but I do feel like I should be reimbursed for the wasted gas AND the money I am about to spend on a detail. Gas isn’t cheap and neither is a detail that I have to pay for out of pocket, one that I shouldn’t be paying for. More
