Felt like we had his full attention the whole time. He explained options, answered our questions. We never felt pressured or hurried. He gave us time to make up our mind and then went the extra mile to find the exact 2018 Outback that is right for us. We had tried Honda CRV and Toyota Rav4 before test driving the Outback. It blew the other out of the water and so did the attention provided to us by Robert. Very grateful for the excellent service, attention, and competitive price we received from Subaru of Gwinnett and Robert Hynson. I recommend both highly without hesitation! More
