Don was very professional, knew his facts and was able to get me a fair price for my trade in. Robert walked me through the financials and within an hour I zipped out of the dealership with a much cooler car that has the enviable new car smell! I debated purchasing a different car, but DCH's excellent service department compelled me to stick with the Audi brand. More

I am definitely recommending him to all of my family and friends. Robert Kearns in finance explained options to me that were add one to my lease. I was expecting a hard sell. He respected me decision to not do any add ons. I have leased many vehicles in my life. The lack of any pressure was appreciated and is something that will make me come back for future leases and purchases. More
