Quick response to my service needs Robert always sees to it that all my service needs are met in a respectful, courteous and timely manner. I could not drive my car the way it was and Robert always sees to it that all my service needs are met in a respectful, courteous and timely manner. I could not drive my car the way it was and Robert got it in early the next morning. My car repairs were taken care of and I had it back by that same afternoon. Robert looked into warranties for me and saw to it that I received any coupon offers that were appropriate. The service and treatment are very much appreciated. More

Great service. Friendly and respectful. Never have I had them add on services not needed. I needed all services completed on time as I had another appointment later in the day. Horrible service department, my truck a 70k F150 platinum was filthy unwashed and muddy carpets zero common courtesy or respect. First hiccup at this dealership. I've bought 2 vehicles from Boucher and always had them serviced here without a problem. Yesterday I took my Escape in at 7:00AM and needed a shuttle I've bought 2 vehicles from Boucher and always had them serviced here without a problem. Yesterday I took my Escape in at 7:00AM and needed a shuttle home. (In the past I've always had the shuttle within 20 minutes) I waited for an hour and finally asked Robert how much longer. He called the shuttle driver and said it would be another 25 minutes. I walked the 2 and 1/2 miles home. If I would have been told at 7:00AM the shuttle would be over an hour wait, I would have made plans for a pick-up or walked then. More
