Just in for oil change and 10K “Works” package. Robert Laughton was professional and courteous in taking my service request. He reminded me of my Ford Pass points and how to use them. Easy-peezy. I’ll be back. May use “in driveway mobile service” next time. That’s not to take away from Robert’s service. More
