Robert was very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted! He was not pushy and listened to us in regards to what we wanted. He was also able to negotiate a great price for us. We bought a used car and after we left dealership we found out there are some issues with the car that made us uncomfortable and we felt unsafe driving the vehicle. Next day we shared our concerns with found out there are some issues with the car that made us uncomfortable and we felt unsafe driving the vehicle. Next day we shared our concerns with the dealership, they carefully listened and provided an immediate solution. We returned the car and picked another car from the inventory, Rob and Nick were super helpful and made sure the experience was as smooth as possible. Although the initial car did not work out I trust BMW of Freehold, they stand by their cars, they went above and beyond and we left the dealership extremely satisfied.
