Was nearly locked in to another car at another dealership. Found what seemed to be more of what I wanted in an M340 at BMW of West Chester. When I called I got in touch with Robert and explained m dealership. Found what seemed to be more of what I wanted in an M340 at BMW of West Chester. When I called I got in touch with Robert and explained my situation. I told him I had a deal somewhere else and requested an out the door price on their M340. Within minutes Robert gave me a breakdown and immediately made me a deal over the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted with a beautiful showroom and friendly staff. Robert had the car ready for a test drive. When it came to talking numbers, paperwork, applications, etc, it was a no xx and quick process. Robert was willing to work with me, and made what was my first car buying process, stress free, easy, and kind of fun. I would gladly recommend anyone who wants to invest in a BMW, new or used, to check out this dealership, and of course ask for Robert. More

Robert Madden was exceptional. He took the time to show me the cars and features and explained everything clearly. His demeanor was a good balance of being extremely knowledgeable He took the time to show me the cars and features and explained everything clearly. His demeanor was a good balance of being extremely knowledgeable and showing me everything I needed to know about the cars without being pushy or too overbearing (which I have seen at other dealerships). Everyone there is extremely professional and friendly. Wilmer Rodriguez took the time to come out and introduce himself to me. Nick was extremely professional and friendly. Overall Robert and his team worked together to really make this experience positive. I would highly recommend BMW of West Chester highly. More
