I keep coming back to this dealer for service because they take very good care of me. Despite this dealer not being the closest to my home, I make an effort to see them specifically. Normally, Robert takes care of me when I have a vehicle serviced. He was out that day. Ian took care of me instead. To my pleasant surprise, he took equally good care of me. Not to take anything away from Robert or Ian but that just gave me more confidence that I will receive the same outstanding service and customer service, regardless of who handles my service requirement in the Service Department, which says a lot about their service team.
