Renegade I'm not a fan of any of the service advisors but except Bob. He's so helpful and polite. First Class Service Having flown home from a two week vacation to find my Jeep Battery completely dead was not good. I attempted to charge it, but it still would not hol Having flown home from a two week vacation to find my Jeep Battery completely dead was not good. I attempted to charge it, but it still would not hold a charge. It was time to call the dealer. Lithia Jeep was able to work me in the next day, and after a complete and thorough check of the Battery it was determined to be bad. No questions asked, the Battery was replaced with a new one. More
