Free Tires for Life a SCAM The "Free Tires For Life" is a complete scam. I had over 80,000 miles on the original tires. I went to the Elk Grove location looking for a specific car I saw advertised. No one at the dealership could find it. So I called the Villa Park location to verify it was there. Their response, "Yes, we have it and we will pull up front for you. What time will you be here?" Imagine my disappointed when I arrived, after an hour drive, and they told me the car was at the Elk Grove location. I guess that's "the Castle Difference." More

FAULTY CAR STARTER I purchased a 2015 Chevy Traxx and have brought it in 3 times now - the automatic starter which the car came with does not work. The 3rd time I broug I purchased a 2015 Chevy Traxx and have brought it in 3 times now - the automatic starter which the car came with does not work. The 3rd time I brought it in the mechanic showed me a GM letter that said customers are complaining about the automatic starters not working or working intermittently and the letter gave suggestions to those who may be improperly installing other devices - which I am not one of those - they did not fix it the automatic starter doesn't work - and they offered no recourse - Really I paid for this feature in the car and would not own a car without an automatic starter - YOU know it is faulty and I am suppose to accept that type of service - You state we treat you like a KING - NOT! 2015 equinox purchse I have taken my previous car to the service dept several times and was always happy with the customer service. The employees always went above and bey I have taken my previous car to the service dept several times and was always happy with the customer service. The employees always went above and beyond to help. I decided to purchase a new car from this dealer. While I wouldn't recommend the sales person jasper we dealt with I was happy with my purchase. I did have a problem where a month after my purchase my old car loan had not been paid off yet and couldn't get the sales guy to call me back. I emailed robert politza and within 2 hrs he responded to me that my payoff check was overnightovernights and he had a sales mgmt call me and apologize. We were impressed that they acted on our problem so quickly. I would recommend this dealership and most definitely the service dept. More

Very Rude Ignorant General Manager I had the mis pleasure of being treated like a "King" by Castles GM Robert Politza today. I waited for over 12 hours for a return call. I inquired why I had the mis pleasure of being treated like a "King" by Castles GM Robert Politza today. I waited for over 12 hours for a return call. I inquired why it takes 10 days to get an appointment for my "free" oil change. Bob told me that they are too busy doing Recall work and if I didn't like it and I quote, "There is Jiffy Lube". When I asked if Castle Chevy would reimburse me since they could not fulfill their end of agreement in a timely manner, Bob (who according to his own words) treats everyone like a "King", Hung up on me! Thanks Bob Great customer service.....NOT! More

Memorial Day 2013, I walked into Castle Chevy with the intentions of test driving a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was immediately brought to Ryan Sitter's assistance and straight into the used truck I was intentions of test driving a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. I was immediately brought to Ryan Sitter's assistance and straight into the used truck I was interested in. The ride was finished with the usual talk of "How can I have you drive away today in this vehicle?". I've been here before. The only difference in this experience was Ryan Sitter cared about one thing and one thing only: getting me the vehicle at the price "I" wanted. I wrote down the exact price on a scratch paper that I wanted to pay per month and the "haggling" began. Except it wasn't between Ryan and I, it was between him and his GM. Not once did he attempt to convince me of a price that I didn't want to pay. It was about time I delt with a salesmen who didn't immediately want my credit score and cared soley about my interests. My experience ended with me leaving in my dream truck and getting the exact financing I was looking for. I cannot speaking speak for any other employee of Castle Chevy but if your looking for a honest, straight-forward salesman, who above all is there for you...buy a Chevy and see Ryan... More
