I am a out of town buyer and I bought a 2023 ram truck they had me send $5473.69 for missouri sales tax and when I finally got my paper work back they only sent a check for $4384.17 and they owe me $1089. they had me send $5473.69 for missouri sales tax and when I finally got my paper work back they only sent a check for $4384.17 and they owe me $1089.52 I have called at least 20 times and keep being sent to a voice mail or the person says they will look into it but I have never got a call back and it has been over 3 months that i have been trying to get my refund. I also had to pay a late fee as it took 45 days to get my title application from them More

Four trips to the dealership and an equal number of emails and yet NO deal. My first salesman disappeared after I sent an email to him on April 22 (as he requested). My second salesman did not respo emails and yet NO deal. My first salesman disappeared after I sent an email to him on April 22 (as he requested). My second salesman did not respond to two different inquiries regarding my trade in. Apparently, business is good at this dealership. As I walked out of the dealership earlier today, I saw the sign on the door that requested the dealership be rated. Be careful what you wish for. More
