On the day of my pickup (I live out of state) Francis took me through the freshly detailed vehicle and I test drove it and confirmed my purchase. Sharonda finalized the paperwork and made me aware of some aftermarket options. Overall, all 3 of them were professional ,pleasant and honestly couldn't have been nicer. Robert stayed in close contact with me after the sale to insure that I got my license plate in a timely fashion. All in all I strongly recommend Rallye to anyone shopping for a new or used car! More

I was nervous about getting a fair deal when exploring an out-of-state purchase. I found a great price for the vehicle I wanted with all of the options at Rallye BMW. I inquired about the car and was connect out-of-state purchase. I found a great price for the vehicle I wanted with all of the options at Rallye BMW. I inquired about the car and was connected with Robert Wachsman who provided all of the information I needed (CarFax, photos, video, out-of-door price, advice about out-of-state buying and shipping, etc). Robert explained all of the steps needed to move forward and he worked tirelessly (even on Fathers Day!) to get the paperwork, financing, and insurance in place. He assured me that my deposit was refundable if I declined to go further. We arranged a test drive and he had the contract and financing ready to go if I wanted to purchase the car. The test drive with Troy (a BMW Genius) was very fun and educational. Troy took the time to walk through the features of the car and set up my preferences. He made sure I got answers for everything I was interested in and showed me many features I didn't know the car had. I decided to buy the car after the test drive and Robert set me up with the business manager Daniel. Daniel was very efficient in getting me through the paperwork and educating me about additional options without high pressure sales tactics. I was in-and-out in an hour, thanks to all of the hard work that preceded my visit. From there, Robert had arranged for enclosed shipping with a trusted company and my vehicle showed up a few days later in great condition. I appreciated the time, care, and effort that everyone from Rallye put in to ensure a great buying experience. I don't live in NY, but if I did I would happily become a repeat customer. More
