Robert Wright, service manager, is great however two hours for an oil change is quite a long time when coming in at 7am. Additional 40 mins for a car wash seems long as well. Guest waiting area is tired and old with loud music coming from the dealership that can’t be lowered in the am. More

Service had been great until I had a problem with my sunroof and Penske wanted me to pay $2900 to replace a motor that I did not break. The extended warranty did not cover and my regular warranty ended sunroof and Penske wanted me to pay $2900 to replace a motor that I did not break. The extended warranty did not cover and my regular warranty ended while I was waiting for my appointment. In the end your Manager helped me and got the cost cut down tremendously. My only concern was my change wallet which was on the driver door was almost emptied by one of your workers. My car has been left for several days before and never had anyone bothered it. I sent a message to Robert and he never responded. To me that is unprofessional. I work for the largest utility in the country and what we push most is exceptional customer service. Your service Manager was great. I have not brought my car back since then because I was mad. I’m over it now. Thank you for your time More
