He was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely personable, and made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. Both Roberto and the Finance Manager (I wish I could remember his name to give him a shoutout!) worked together seamlessly to make everything quick and stress-free. There was none of that typical “used car salesman” pressure or games—just honest, straightforward service. I arrived at 8:30 AM, test drove the vehicle I wanted, completed the trade-in process, and signed all the paperwork. By 10:30 AM, I was driving off the lot in my brand-new Kia! I’ve bought several cars over the years, and I’ve never had such a smooth, pleasant, and efficient dealership experience. If you’re going to visit Kia of DeLand, do yourself a favor and ask for Roberto! You won’t be disappointed. More
