I have been having issues with my radio changing stations randomly for quite a while and it would affect the button to change it behind the steering wheel. I brought it to another dealer first and they would randomly for quite a while and it would affect the button to change it behind the steering wheel. I brought it to another dealer first and they wouldn’t help me. I called Luther and they spent extra time troubleshooting it. Tried to download an update and it wasn’t successful. They ended up ordering me a new radio (covered under my vehicle warranty). Now everything works as it should (even the button behind the steering wheel) I am so appreciative of the team that worked on it and helped me. More

The dealer service area is clean, although details to servicing, your vehicle should be improved. All fluids should be checked and topped off after two different services. I found they are not doing that servicing, your vehicle should be improved. All fluids should be checked and topped off after two different services. Also, some training for aligning front end may also be needed and getting steering wheel set straight More
