My Review of Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram:
Shannon Creighton did a great job working with us. She has not worked at Stetler a very long time, and was not always sure of the answers but VERY willing to find an answer ASAP. Shannon worked very hard to make our buying process as smooth as possible.

Dan Criswell was very nice. Our final paperwork process was fast and friendly.

Dave Stetler, Mike Stevens, and Rocky Yohe were helpful with questions that we had about our vehical after we left the dealer. All three were quick to get us the answers to our questions.

Upon enteringthe parking the lot, the salesman (Keith) who sold me the JK wil find me and greet me. When i enter the service department, the i am greeted in a timely manner, and treted with dignity and respect. Everything is explained thoroughly and to the point. Work i done timely also.

My Review of Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram:
My 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 developed some major problems this past week that were very unusual. I have to admit that I first took my truck to an independent service station that I have done business with many times. After I got the news from them, I was advised to contact Stetler Dodge as my truck was just out of warranty on both miles and months. Cheryl advised that I contact Chrysler customer service, which I did. I also contacted Scott Galbraith who was my salesman and Scott was very, very helpful in many ways. The staff at Stetler's diagnosed and confirmed my problems and assisted me with my dealings with Chrysler's customer service. Rocky and Cheryl went to bat for me and went about fixing my problem right away. I did not mention that I had a family weekend trip planned that I simply could not make happen without my truck. All of these folks went above and beyond in my opinion. They made it happen for me and I could not ask for more. The staff at Stetler Dodge needs to be applauded for their efforts. I don't know who the service technician was that did the work for me, but they deserve a big thank you as well. I just can't say enough good things about my recent experience. I can honestly say that I am not happy about the problem I had, but I sure am glad that Stetler Dodge had the solution. The solution was good people who work there and care about what they do. That's hard to find today. I most certainly will be back again.
