Great Experience My wife and I were greeted by Rod K who took us for a test ride and showed us the car arriving back at the dealership Rod had another customer so Pat My wife and I were greeted by Rod K who took us for a test ride and showed us the car arriving back at the dealership Rod had another customer so Pat Chaban took over and let me tell you he explained everything about the car in detail I thought he built the car his knowledge was unbelievable I hardly had any questions great job - Pat introduced us to Tray Bournazian Pat's team leader who great in firming up our cost for the car - a 2020 RAV4 XLE- I didn't want to pick up the car for a few days which was ok with them - two days later we meet with Nael Barjas in finance that process took about 25 minutes and we were done very impressed as most financing takes hours --- A Great Experience!!! More

Poor Service We were made to wait three hours to see a finance guy. The couple behind us who were there after us were called in before we were called. When I ask We were made to wait three hours to see a finance guy. The couple behind us who were there after us were called in before we were called. When I asked why they went in before us, I was told it is because of the way they rotate customers. After a few attempts to speak with a manager, I was told by several layers of lower level employees that I should leave if I wasn't happy with the deal. A man introduced as the only manager on duty (it was after hours by this time), the only name they would give me was "Jafar", told me in no uncertain terms to go somewhere else if I was so disappointed with the sales deal. I have never had so many employees try to cancel a sale. I told them I was happy with the deal but was displeased with the way I was being treated and just wanted to get my new car and go home. Finally the salesman comes back and tells me I need to call the insurance company and provide proof of insurance, this is after sitting around for over three hours. A finance representative made an appearance to again try to explain that he was busy with other customers and that had caused the delay. I asked why I wasn't assigned to someone else and was told it is not the way they do it. I voiced my opinion on the disrespect I felt after the other couple was called in before me and was told one more time to leave if I didn't like the deal on the car. I again tried to explain that it wasn't the deal, it was the disrespectful way they had been and were treating me. The only employee who tried to help me was the salesman, Rod. We finally got all the paperwork signed after a grand total of six hours spent at the dealership. Next time I will drive the few extra miles and go to Stadium Toyota or even the dealership in Crystal River before I would subject myself to the rude and condescending sales staff at Sun Toyota. More
