The sales manager who sold me the car made himself unavailable when I got there. I was then made to wait for several hours while they appeared to scramble to try to find someone to help me purchase t unavailable when I got there. This was exhausting and frustrating and confusing, and made the whole experience much more difficult than it needed to be. I was FINALLY directed to the finance manager, who was helpful and negotiated the rest of the transaction. But the whole experience took much longer than it should have, had I been attended to expediently and considerately when I arrived to purchase the car, instead of being made to wait for hours for help with purchasing my car. More
