I was greeted promptly by Shawn. After a few hiccups from what I was told vs what he was offering everything was ok. The individual didn't have to ability to access my insurance information. He was only trying to do the best he could. Now it's time to get the keys & review the operations of the vehicle. I was told it would have a full tank of gas it didn't. 🥲. How are you supposed to remember everything all at once? Ok so I'm done and off I go. I'm still trying to figure it out but hopefully I'm going to get there. More

Everything they did just felt sketchy, ungodly amount of fees, most of them were unnecessary. They also lost an ID card of mine.
