I did a lot of research prior to buying our Rav 4. Once we made the decision to purchase another Toyota (I have a Tundra) we went to Molle. This was because the prices were better than other dealerships and I have had my Tundra serviced there and had been impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff. I made an internet inquiry and Scott followed up with me via cell phone. I stopped in the showrooom after work one day and found a Rav 4 I thought my wife would like. Roger was very attentive during my visit at what seemed to be a busy time in the show room. He was friendly, curtious and professional. I pretty much made up my mind I was going to buy a car from Roger, Scott and Molle Toyota after what I thought was a very positive experience at the dealership. Later that week my wife and I revisited the dealership and she loved the Rav 4 I had scouted for her. Roger was there for us throughout our buying experience and could not have been more professional and friendly. We got what I thought was a fair deal for both us and the dealership. Scott was thoughtful in looking over our trade-in and was also impecibly professional at all times. JR in the finance department was also very professional and respecful to us. There was a woman who reviewed our manuals and warrenty who was very nice and professional. Overall, I would recommend the Molle dealership to my family, friends and clients without reservation. More

I was referred to Molle Toyota by a friend that works a Molle Chevrolet. He referred me to Roger, who was extremely helpful in finding me everything I wanted in my new Camry. When I showed up to Molle Toyo Molle Chevrolet. He referred me to Roger, who was extremely helpful in finding me everything I wanted in my new Camry. When I showed up to Molle Toyota to purchase the Camry that Roger had found, the staff was extremely helpful to get the process going as quick as possible. I am overly satisfied with my new Camry and how I was treated at Molle Toyota. I definately will be telling friends and family about my wonderful experience with Molle Toyota, and will be purchasing my next car from them. More

This is the second Sienna van we've bought from Molle Toyota, and both experiences were very enjoyable. We spend maybe an hour and a half on our first visit to pick out the vehicle (we bought the "limite Toyota, and both experiences were very enjoyable. We spend maybe an hour and a half on our first visit to pick out the vehicle (we bought the "limited" model and it wasn't in stock - it had to be ordered from another dealership), and another hour or so two days later to test drive the van and sign all of the paperwork. There were no hard sales, no tactics or gimmicks, just honest folks trying to put us into the right van. They even tried to downsell us into a less expensive van! We used out Costco membership to get a price - it was about 10% off the sticker. Great deal if you have a Costco membership. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the KC area. More
