Unorganized, people are rude and it takes 1 hour be be checked in with an appointment. Noone wants to help. I don't like going here but its the closest Honda dealership to me. I received a called from Honda DTLA saying that my car is ready for pick up. When I got there, one of the service guys told me to wait in a certain spot and they’re going to bring my car down. 30 mins pass a ready for pick up. When I got there, one of the service guys told me to wait in a certain spot and they’re going to bring my car down. 30 mins pass and nothing. After 45mins passed, I went to a worker to ask about what happened with my car and that’s when they told me they lost the key of my car. They’re very unprofessional. Instead of making me wait in total of 2 hours not counting the time my car was getting fixed to mentioned to me that they lost my key and they’re going to get me a new one. Instead they laugh and didn’t care for making me wait 2 hours when I got there to pick up my car. I went with the manager and director and they didn’t care they just said “get her a key” instead of saying “sorry for any inconvenience will get you a key asap”. More
