I have been leasing Cadillac’s from Williamson for over 20 years and have never had an issue with them or the vehicles. I am so disappointed I can no longer say that. I leased a new XT5 SUV last month and 20 years and have never had an issue with them or the vehicles. I am so disappointed I can no longer say that. I leased a new XT5 SUV last month and the automatic braking system is not working. The vehicle has been in their shop at least 4 times during that time. They say the “computer” is showing everything is fine. The service manager, my salesman and I did a road test and it showed the failure of the automatic braking system. After that road test the SUV stayed at Williamson for another week. When I picked it up, the problem continued. Both my service advisor and salesman are amazing, and they both realize the problem continues. The service manager tried to convince me over the phone that everything was working fine. Additionally, there a some minor scratches that were on the vehicle when I first got it. Shame on ME for not noticing them initially. The last time the SUV was there for about a week and they forgot to scratch problem. I had to pick it up because we are going out of town for the holidays, but rest assured I will take it back upon our return. More
