Romel is patient, reliable, and caring his customers. While we waiting for the car arrival, he has been so helpful and consistent to keep us updated for the delivery status. To Romel, You have no idea what it means to have spent HOURS trying to get my husband his first car here in the US. You were realistic but from a sales person to another, you were empathetic and THA spent HOURS trying to get my husband his first car here in the US. Romel was so helpful. As I’m a busy person I wanted to make the deal online and he assisted me each and every way. I was dealing with another dealership at same time but I As I’m a busy person I wanted to make the deal online and he assisted me each and every way. I was dealing with another dealership at same time but I was more comfortable with Romel and he earned my business. He drove an hour to deliver my truck and do the paperwork. He went trough the features on the truck and fell me in love with it. It was an amazing experience. I bought lots of cars in my life and this was the best experience. God bless! More
