They performed an unauthorized service and left the interior full of greasy hand prints! After the vehicle was originally brought in for two(2) recall repairs, I authorized an oil change and a new batt interior full of greasy hand prints! After the vehicle was originally brought in for two(2) recall repairs, I authorized an oil change and a new battery purchase to fix a power steering issue. My total bill out of pocket was over $1,061.00! And the interior was absolutely filthy!!! One of their porters tried to clean up the dirty interior, but told me it would be an extra charge to have the interior detailed. That's a bunch of xx!!! Considering this dealership caused the problem! I'm seriously considering hiring an attorney!!! More

I bought my car from Groove and have come here for service since then. I have never had issues in the past but my last visit was very disappointing. I dropped my car at 7am for a 7:45am Appt. I had service since then. I have never had issues in the past but my last visit was very disappointing. I dropped my car at 7am for a 7:45am Appt. I had confirmed that it would only take about 2 hours when I made the appointment and adjusted my work schedule accordingly. I hadn’t heard anything at 10:30, so I tried to text my service contact. No response. I called at 11 and was told my car would not be ready until 2 since this is what was noted at my intake. I never said this and had planned my work to begin at 11:30. No rental car was offered to me. I had to cancel and move around my day to accommodate. Very disappointed. There was no real solution given at pickup but I guess they tried to make it right by buying a dinner. Not really good enough in my opinion, but better than nothing. More
