Amazing! Awesome! And down right excellent! James is an awesome person. Very honest and he did not pressure me into something I didn't need. I called him and said, find me a car to my needs and James is an awesome person. Very honest and he did not pressure me into something I didn't need. Outsatnding Service, Great experience I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He resp I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He responded to me very quickly and sent me several pictures of the vehicle. Shortly after I was contacted by Ed Underwood, who would be my sales person. I explained what I was interested in and that I lived 2 hrs. from them and wanted to get as much done prior to my visit. He was VERY accommodating and took care of all my needs quickly. Spirit also made selling my previous car to an outside party quick and painless even though the buyer caused a bit of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership, Ed along with Mike and Ronald Baus (owners) introduced themselves to me. Due to some minor issues with the sale of my car the staff stayed well after closing time to get me on my way and at no time did they give me the impression that they were inconvenienced by this. I will make the 2 hr drive again when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I just wish they were closer so I could get my vehicle serviced there. More
