Did not follow thru with what they owed me that was clearly written on a repair order. Clearly and purposely took advantage of me. Sales manager Paul Hellwege wouldn't even acknowledge me when I came i clearly written on a repair order. Clearly and purposely took advantage of me. Sales manager Paul Hellwege wouldn't even acknowledge me when I came in to ask why. Ron Russell my salesman was a great experience. Would not sign anything until repair work is done if buying a used vehicle from Autostar. I have purchased 5 other brand new vehicle prior to this used vehicle. Will never buy from again. More
