I have purchased several new Honda vehicles from this dealership in the last couple of years. I have found them to be generally fair (a little slow doing the paperwork but most dealers are). My last purchase may be my last as I was told I had purchased a service plan only to be told my A16 (first service) on my 2025 CRV HYBRID IS GOING TO COST ME $155.00 for a differential oil change. The money is not going to break the bank but the deception in having a service package and 36 months new car warranty has really turned me against this dealer and Honda if this turns out to be true when I take my car in for service this week More

When we arrived (we drove 3. 5 hours to this dealership) we had an issue with our sale/car we agreed on. However, both the sales person and the sales manager went above and beyon 5 hours to this dealership) we had an issue with our sale/car we agreed on. However, both the sales person and the sales manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation and we walked out with a new Pilot as very happy customers!
