OVERCHARGED I am disappointed that I am even having to write this review as I felt like I have given this dealership ample opportunity to fix the issue that the s I am disappointed that I am even having to write this review as I felt like I have given this dealership ample opportunity to fix the issue that the service manager even admitted to over charging me and would get me a refund that has never arrived and now will not return any calls. I feel that I obligated to let others know they maybe getting over charged. I gave two stars because staff was friendly and got me in and out. But they don't seem to me knowledgeable about pricing or services that they are providing. If anyone from the dealership would like to reach out to me and solve this problem I am happy to provide the email from the service manager as proof that I was overcharged and he did agree to refunding my money. Worst place to buy EVER. Service dept is a JOKE Well I did this review once but it is so hid among all the other crap you cant find it. Hopefully this one gets seen! We bought our truck a 2014 Silv Well I did this review once but it is so hid among all the other crap you cant find it. Hopefully this one gets seen! We bought our truck a 2014 Silverado just over 2 months ago. Had issues as soon as we made purchase, due to crappy communication on the dealerships part. It stayed in the shop for a NEW TRANNY. WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN it was put back with " NEW" parts and still isn't right. It is still way over filled with fluid and still shifts bad. BUBBA is prob the worst MANAGER I've ever dealt with. As he assured us it would be taken care of, yet we can never get a response back from him! Once we finally picked up our truck,it was still not completed as promised!( transmission isn't right,paint wasn't completely, OH AND STILL NO xxxx TAG FOR OUR TRUCK,which was going to be done while in the service dept too) Now we have to go back over there which is over an hr away to still try and get things done that was told would get done. They were supposed to fix some paint on the truck and it looks like a 2year old with a crayon did it. (Which wasn't even done when they told us our truck was ready,after this being put on the work order for it to be done when we took it in over a month ago!) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT do what they say. We have gotten our LAWYER involved and he is more than happy to make sure this gets fixed. We will keep everyone posted to how this plays out. Needless to say, regardless of how much you spend there, they ruined our purchasing experience, and do not care about their customers! More

Amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service! I was confused about their hours and came in after 6pm to pick up my car from getting work done. The sales team w Absolutely amazing customer service! I was confused about their hours and came in after 6pm to pick up my car from getting work done. The sales team were so kind despite my dumb mistake and they called Ron Van de Kraats (the service manager) and he actually came in, found my car, took it through the car wash, and brought it to me. I also worked with Mike in the service department and a handful of others who were all phenomenal. I've never experienced this level of customer service dedication from a dealership and their employees. I am so appreciative of their help and for Ron, Mike, and the staff going the extra mile! More
