I talked with 4 different BMW dealers looking for my perfect 330i... Ron was the first to actually sit down and go over every single feature of the car - while also listening and responding to all my va perfect 330i... Far different experience at the other dealerships I visited or talked with - Ron is a pro who cares about his customers and I appreciate all he's done. Ron is great. I first met him when my (previous) car was in for service and I was wandering the lot. For over a year Ron and I talked back and forth about replaci I first met him when my (previous) car was in for service and I was wandering the lot. For over a year Ron and I talked back and forth about replacing my X1. First, in my experience, it's rare to find the same salesperson working at a dealership for that long. Second Ron was responsive and patient while I ordered my X5 and changed the order a few times. I had no surprises - the car was exactly as ordered and I was not charged over MSRP (seems common at other dealers these days). My car was built on a Monday and was sitting at the dealership that Friday. All in all, it took about 5 weeks from order to pickup. I haven't had the car long so it's too early to speak about the car itself but the purchasing experience went well. More

I recommend the dealership with a little caution. First I give them credit for NOT charging over MSRP during the chip / automobile shortage. Second, Ron, our salesman, was very friendly, but lacked knowledge of my x5 45e. There were several items he explained to us about our SUV when we picked it up that were not correct when I actually read the owners manual. We were also told it had specific items like rear / cargo heating and cooling (we have a large dog) that it does not have. IT HAS VENTS THAT LOOK LIKE HVAC, but are not in reality. We wanted a factory installed trailer hitch, but a month after we ordered it, we were told we couldn't get one. No reason given. Take it or leave it. We were also told loaners are available for when you need to have your car serviced. Technically yes. They have a select FEW that are on a first come, first get, availability and 99% of the time you won't get one. Tell me the truth. If you don't know..... its ok..... tell me that and find out the answer if you can. I'm an adult, I can take it. Let me make a proper, informed, correct decision. More
