Based on my most recent experience, it would be 1 star. Average rating of prior and current experience is 3 stars. - Accuracy - Incorrectly charged due to, at best, incompetence. I have been refunded about 94% of what I was overcharged and assured the balance will be remitted. - Inconvenience - the sales rep advised that the “DocuSign guy was not in the office”. Absurd. Overall, a waste of time and money on a simple lease buyout and, just as important, nobody cares. More
