I want to take a minute to introduce myself. I have been in the car business for 9 years. Before joining the car business, I was an office assistant for an educational consultant, and a hairstylist during the weekends. I always have been passionate about helping others, and it is one of my pleasures in life. After working 15 years for the same company, I decided to change my career. I was fortunate to come across the opportunity to work for Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to assist customers with their car purchases. I am a big believer of the notion that when you are passionate about what you do; you will put in 100% effort. I believe in hard work, and I always work strategically to achieve my goals. I believe you can work beyond and above your old limits. I am original from Nicaragua, and I have been living in this great country for the last 25 years. I am happy to say that I become an American citizen.

First-time Merc owners We initially visited Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land to look at pre-owned models while visiting family. We liked a vehicle, but they would not negotiate o We initially visited Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land to look at pre-owned models while visiting family. We liked a vehicle, but they would not negotiate on pricing. My husband then found a similar vehicle closer to home at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. He began e-mailing with Aubrey Morgan regarding the vehicle but could not work out a deal. The following day we showed up to find the vehicle had been sold. Because Aubrey was out of the office, Rosario Fernandez promptly attended to us. She took us on a test drive of a new vehicle similarly equipped to the one we had been interested in. She seemed knowledgeable about the different appointments, but was not pushy. We did not purchase the vehicle that day, but we e-mailed about the vehicle the following day and agreed on a price that worked for both parties. We found Mercedes of The Woodlands to be open and honest with us and willing to help us on the price to stay in within or budget. We are very happy with our experience. I can't wait to get my car washed for free every day. :)) More

Outstanding customer service Purchased my 2016 GL450 in December and from start to finish had excellent customer service. Terrible service We had a very bad experience with Codyour the used car sales "manager". He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had dr We had a very bad experience with Codyour the used car sales "manager". He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had driven over an hour up to the woodlands. We mentioned that we were going to come back to the dealership the following morning after signing our financial agreement and with our companies mechanic to inspect the vehicle. We were also willing to put down a $12,000 deposit. He mentioned the company required full finances before we could drive out of the lot or he could save the car, however, Paula in financing allowed us drive off the lot the following day with only the $12,000 deposit. Cody made it clear he was not willing to work with us. He wanted us to finance through your dealership at I'm assuming a 4.5% interest rate or so as apposed to the 1.74% rate we agreed upon with our bank that he told me we would not be approved for (but we were). For obvious reasons this was not an option. Cody told me he would not sell the car to us the following day because he already had an agreement with another dealership that would pay him the same amount of $25,500 (this was clearly not a true statement or he would not have held the car). In response to his comment he "held the car twice for us", he actually only held the car once as far as I know. The next day I called several dealerships and could not find the same model of car at the price we wanted. I can assure you if I would have received another fair offer I would have done business with that company because of Cody alone. The next day I called back and Rosario informed me that the car was still available. Rosario was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from and I would recommend her to anyone I know buying a car. It is unfortunate that Cody has ruined this referal to her because she deserves every sale she signes due to her advanced customer service skills and genuine concern to the customers needs. She even offered to pay for the scratched rims out of her pocket to ensure we had complete satisfaction of the sale and with the company. For the reason that Cody had asked Rosario to pay for the rims we will not be returning to repair them. I believe the rim is a defect the company should be paying for themselves before selling any car. At least that is how every other dealership has worked in my experience. I believe we had a misunderstanding and thought that the rims would be repaired during the detailing process. When we signed the "as is" form I was told the vehicle was in detailing in the back where we were lead to believe the rims were being repaired, therefore did not realize the rims had not been repaired when signing the form. These series of events with Cody will effect how we review this company online and in the survey that is coming. We are highly unsatisfied with Cody as a "manager" and will not be returning to this headache of a dealership. More

From the time I called her to going into the dealership she sold me on the phone call and I ended up driving away few hours later with a car. Everything I asked for she worked with her fantastic manager and the financial team to make sure I was happy. This was my best experience buying a car and I have bought a number of them. I will always go back to this dealership from here on. More
