Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her.
