Having to get a new vehicle was bitter sweet for me, as it was time for a new car, but sad having to give up my old one. Rowan Heard made it an enjoyable, easy, & non-intimidating experience. Other dealer it was time for a new car, but sad having to give up my old one. Rowan Heard made it an enjoyable, easy, & non-intimidating experience. Other dealerships have been a bit too intense, but Rowan at McGovern made the whole process a complete enjoyment. Helped us work within our budget and was always honest. Best salesman at a dealer I've seen with real good energy. Rowan deserves big time raise. More
